Then seller said "Do you want to keep for 1/2 credit" how ridiculous. Item posted as Zella it wasn't, and then Seller tried saying it was mistake. It was meant to say like Zella. However pics are of Zella. A simple error was made and they were offered a complete refund for the mishap, they were belligerent with the communication accusatory, and absolutely an online bully. There was nothing that could be done to make this person happy. For a client that received an entire refund which was immediately offered, I'm not sure what else could be done to satisfy somebody like this.
