Purchased item 2/18. Contact seller. No response. Contacted ebay 3/1. She responds then. She replies to say she was away on vaca and forgot to change her status. I still wanted the skirt. She says she can drop off on 3/2. Requested msg to confirm drop off. No contact. As of 3/7, I have not item, tracking number states shipping label created and where it stops. Refund received this morning. Poor communication and poor customer service.
