      Arrived June 22nd. Exactly as described. Tested OK. Tachometer readings 2100-2200 rpm. The PWM connector is not keyed (see seller's photo) as ones I have seen. CAUTION: You can connect it incorrectly on a TX3 connector! If connected to a TX3 connector, the fan will run at full speed.
