Use ADD and COT as Up and Down, and press EMUN to move to the next option. Select the settings in my picture. P/N is PAL/NTSC and is on PAL (EU) by default which is wrong. Change to N. US SIF sound frequency must be 4.5mhz. Set RF to whatever gives your signal the clearest picture and fine tune with the +/- buttons. I needed it as low as possible. The +/- are backwards. Works!
