The phone colder was broken, I contacted the seller, he took two weeks to get back to me. I said I would return it for an exchange, I bought another phone holder that wasn't broken. I should have known better, when the original order wasn't in stock, but was listed as in stock, then it was replaced with a broken holder, they didn't even check it before sending it out. I would never buy from this person, customer service doesn't is something they don't understand.
