User responded to communication requests with false shipment date originally and label was printed on may 2nd (19 days after purchase). Item was not provided to USPS until 9 days after the label print. Then USPS took it on a round trip (not sellers fault). I don't fault shipment from overseas - I do fault a selling model that does not stock items on hand for faster responses. Overall I'm neutral.Reply from: dmtutan77- Feedback replied by seller dmtutan77.- Feedback replied by seller dmtutan77.We ship items from our factory in Ankara/Turkey, We send weekly big packs (contains minimum 30 boxes) to USPS IStanbul office and they send it with FEDEX airplane to Usps collecting center at Elkridge MD, usually takes 7 days. When Elkridge USPS gets they start processing and delivery. We can not send through trpost because it takes 40 days and also non trackable even with tracking number due to 2 countries postal service do not have agreement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
