Horrible company never again. Sent me a lousy in your face message after I inquired where my book mailed within the same county was after 2 weeks. It's a shame they will protest this feedback but it's fair and warranted. I beg them.to please block me. This is so bogus. That they messaged me with out the slightest apology. Even if it was them that didn't inquire with the post office where hundreds of packages were at a standstill. My comment to this disastrous Please Block Me. You're terrible

Less than 10 business days since the item was ordered. We explained to buyer that USPS "lost" a large shipping container of 100s of our packages. We proactively contacted USPS to look for the container, which they found. Packages started moving. Buyer then sent an irritate message upset that our update to them was a paragraph long. Then left this feedback. We ship hundreds of packages each day, sometimes there are delays by the shipper. We do the best we can to fix problems. See 20K Positives
