Just an oval piece of vinyl. Looked to be ok quality. For the price I'm sure if you can cover a seat you can cut an oval shape in vinyl. Also didn't come with staples as stated. So maybe just as cost effective to buy more vinyl and cut it yourself.

Staples were included in a brown Kraft paper bag- they are packaged with straps and purchase information together- sorry if you didn't realize that. As for the product; we suggest you read what's being sold to understand.
