The item received is used and the screen is all scratched up and peeling of

The part was not use or scratched, the 'peeling off screen' was the stick on protective cover, the one everyone loves to peel off new appliances. Buyer decided to leave this and complain to eBay rather than contacting us. So we messaged them to explain, and they did apologize, so a little confused as to why they didn't remove the feedback when asked to. All this does is reflect badly on the buyer not us.
