The seller laughs at me and chastizes me for trying to return a cheap, thin, low-quality, poorly made spoon that is offered as a heavy-duty commercial item. The seller insists that I won't get a full refund even though I did not ask for their opinion or contact them. For some reason, this seller does not want to respect eBay policy so I'm leaving this review to let you know the seller is morally compromised.

actually, you lack morals! the package was not even opened. So, I don't know how you could see that it was an inferior product. Plus, we shipped the exact same one picture. so, it was as described. You did not use the product, so how would you know it was inferior product. also, it is made out of stainless steel which is a stronger metal. we block you from all 3 of our stores. the worst buyers are people who rarely buy on ebay: yet, they are some kind of expert in quality
