Return policy details

I. Contact Policy

1. We prefer contacting by eBay messages as we preserve the history of every order.

II. Payment Policy

1. If you buy a turbocharger, then additional to the turbocharger price, you will need to transfer the deposit to our PayPal account. We will dispatch the turbocharger only after the surcharge is transferred. The deposit will be refunded after we receive your old unit (the same type, complete, in as removed from the engine condition, not opened, not disassembled, housings and plactic parts must not be broken). If you don't thansfer the exchange deposit then - by default - we will wait until reciving your exchange unit first.

2. You must send your exchange turbocharger back to us within 14 DAYS otherwise the warranty of your turbocharger will be terminated and your surcharge will not be refunded.

3. If the exchange Good meets exchange criteria, then the exchange deposit will be refunded to your PayPal account within 14 days.

4. International Customers please ask for a shipping quote before you purchase.

5. The price of postage can be higher if you live in UPS remote area (even if you are from EU country).

III. Shipping Policy

1. Please be aware that if you wish to cancel your order once it has been dispatched you will be refunded minus any postage costs. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!

2. We do not offer local pick-ups.

3. Items may not always be in stock. If an item runs out of stock, the item can be shipped directly from our affiliate or from our supplier (sometimes from different city or different country).

4. Tracking numbers are also available upon request. Contact us or leave a message through the eBay message system.

IV. Return & Exchange Policies

1. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.

2. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with P&P as ‘free’. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!

3. For exchanges if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.

4. We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 14 days for any exchange / refund. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.

V. Warranty & Claims Policies

1. Please note all products must be installed by a qualified mechanic at registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and breach the returns policy. The item comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

2. If the fault has developed within the warranty period, please contact us via eBay message and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to our Returns Department for assessment and verification of the fault. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review, testing and for inspection by a specialist turbo engineer. It does not imply replacement or refund, but only to inspect the merchandise base on your claim after its return. Based on the manufacturers’ opinion, we will repair or (at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer’s opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. Once the inspection has be completed we will issue a report with the findings. Under no circumstances will we cover any postage cost, labour fees, customs charges or any other additional costs. Any Goods deemed to have failed due to incorrect fitting or over speed is not covered by the warranty

3. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods’ manufacturers’ instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

4. We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
