I contacted the seller after seeing that this item never left the USPS origin facility. The item was described as "Pending Acceptance", which means a bulk list of items are submitted for shipping, but individual items are not specifically scanned. My item was never scanned and never shipped or received. The seller has not offered to resend the item and now I'm trying to get a refund with ebay's help after the seller has not refunded after making that request two days ago. Very disappointed.
