I was really disappointed to have received the refund only. I bought an earlier version of the manual on DVD in 2003 for $98. This was to be an updated/better overall copy. The one I have now has a hairline crack and isn't so reliable. I would still like to get an update on whether there will be another copy made so I could get a copy. philco42
