9. Diritto di recesso

9.3 - Condizione essenziale per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso è la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire.

9.4 - Le modalità di restituzione del bene, in caso di recesso, sono:

- il Cliente deve avvisare tramite posta elettronica Rail-modelling.com, all'indirizzo info@Rail-modelling.com, delle modalità di trasporto del bene;

- Rail-modelling.com provvede a rispondere, tramite posta elettronica, al Cliente indicando le modalità di trasporto che ritiene corrette per la salvaguardia del bene;

- In ogni caso, il bene dovrà essere restituito nel suo imballo originale con tutto il suo contenuto

- Il bene si considera restituito al momento in cui il vettore riconsegna il bene presso la sede di Rail-modelling.com Via Agnesi, 37 - 73042 Casarano (LE), Italia, in nome e per conto del Cliente che ha esercitato il diritto di recesso

9.5 - Le spese di restituzione del bene alla Rail-modelling.com sono a carico del Cliente che esercita il diritto di recesso.

9.6 - Rail-modelling.com si riserva il tempo necessario per controllare le condizioni del bene restituito, prima di rimborsare al Cliente le somme versate. Se ci sono i presupposti, Rail-modelling.com provvede al rimborso entro 30 giorni dal giorno di ricezione della merce resa.
