Supposedly the initial package that was sent was lost. I only found this out because I had to get ebay involved after nearly a month of waiting. The seller did the right thing by replacing but this time they utilized fedex instead of whatever economy shipping service they used initially. I wouldn't have purchased had I read the feedback prior. Lesson learned.
