Terrible communication and customer service. Received the completely wrong color. Contacted seller and they blatantly lied to me saying it was communicated, twice. Then offered me a great resolution. Sent the wrong item, and was instructed if I want to, just paint it. In what world is that okay? Would not recommend unless you are okay with the old switcharoo. Seller showed no accountability and no form of good customer service. Terrible.

Yes we communicated to the buyer that Black was out of stock and that we would discount the payment and send silver instead. Buyer received the item and then complained, and insisted we give him 50% off for the item. We already gave you a partial refund for the difference, and you want another 50%, that doesn't happen anywhere in any business. Apparently you want us to buy your "good customer service" review.
