I didn't use the enclosed screws and fasteners as I affixed this rod holder to a collapsible heavy duty wagon I recently purchased on e bay. It's my fishing wagon now. I attached the rod holders and rack to my wagon using twist ties. I tied it to the end of the wagon so it still folds down and fits easily in my small crossover. Package arrived in a couple of days, much faster than promised. I'm very happy!!!
