Eine grundlegende Voraussetzung hierfur ist die Entwicklung der Bewegungskompetenz. Kinasthetik ist ein Konzept, das sich intensiv mit der Bewegungskompetenz des Menschen und deren Bedeutung fur die Gesundheitsentwicklung auseinandersetzt. Die Bewegungskompetenz ist ein zentraler Schlussel fur Selbststandigkeit und Lebensqualitat. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist, einen moeglichen Zusammenhang zwischen Kinasthetik, Wissen und Anwendung nach einem Grundkurs, und der Gesundheitsentwicklung zu erforschen.
