Laughably bad experience with this seller. I noticed after a week and a half they hadn't shipped it so I reached out and they never got back to me. So a few days later I filed for item not received, requesting they cancel the item and refund me. About a week later I see my item was assigned a tracking #. I reach out again asking them not to ship- as already requested. I get some mass message from their company about a software issue- and they shipped my order anyway. It arrived damaged. Figures.
