The unit would not power up at all. The seller issued a refund and offered an exchange. I said I would like an exchange but they were unable to issue it if I didn’t pay the new $499.99 price. Why offer an exchange and then ask for $200 more than I originally paid?? The seller mentioned they would contact the sales department and get back to me which they never did. Really disappointed
