We apologize for any inconvenience for the shipping damage caused by USPS. I filed an insurance claim w/ USPS within 2 hours of ur notification and you said "there was no way I should have shipped it in this condition" You then requested a return via eBay . At that point you had 2 different options for the return but seamed dissatisfied w/ either option because you were not going to get your refund immediately.
