16mm film print was not complete as described, it was missing the very important first scene and a half that sets up the entire short. Seller's response that TV broadcaster time edits of removing entire scenes are still considered complete was not convincing. A few frames from a scene sure, but not an entire scene. Print was otherwise exactly as described and shipped quickly in great packaging. If I hadn't needed it for a history project I would have forced a return due to the missing scenes.
