After buying it I presented it to the Louis Vuitt service on repair and an additional $100 shipping.. I later received an email from them because they said they were unable to make any repairs of any kind without explanation. I called and spoke with Tyesha at digital support who explained they only repair items produced by Louis Vuitton.
