- d***n (21)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe shipping service threw the valve over my front gate (with a 6 foot drop to the ground) and damaged one of the mounting plates, for which I have attached photographs. This was despite my big gates being wide open, and the smaller gate they threw the valve over being unlocked but closed. The packaging was not really enough, especially on the sides. I checked the rest of the valve, and it looks ok, but I'm still concerned since I can't see what other damage may have been done inside.
