My jeweler said it was dyed, he will let me know if the stone is really ruby. Seller sent me email requested feedback, so here it is. He send the package, requested signature, my mailman had me to go to post office to sign it, which is another problem for me to drive that long distance. Makes no sense requesting signature because it is cheap bracelet.
