    Wow was I shocked with what sent to me,was to be piston rings for a duromax 18 hp engine.Not even close .020 ring gap and way to thin. Total rip off. Sent message to seller and they said they only sell cheap and wrong parts to thin and .020 ring gap when put in cylinder.Why are these lying people allowed to sell on ebay,I love ebay and will see what they say about this crooked people are scamming people.They did not even try to make this right,just said they only sell thin rings,be rebuilding en

    we're sorry for the problem. It looks like Duromax/Durostar used different pistons & rings for the same engine model XP18PE. per your problem description, its very early batch of engines was installed with the special pistons & rings that had been discontinued by the manufacturers in China. we're sorry we didn't carry the special parts for your specific year model engine.2 options for your solution: scrap your engine or need a set of latest piston and rings to rebuild it!
