I watched videos on the installation and tools required. I was disappointed one said instructions from Kolher was to bang the inlet connection with a hammer vs use a screw driver to move the inlet. I chose the later and found no scratches or damage. The remaining installation was perfect. I can’t provide videos and feel anyone with a little bid of knowledge installing like products would have problems.
