    First I made an offer, and he rejected it. Then I paid the price he asked for, and he wrote me the next day saying that he was not going to send me the order. That Ebay had my money and that I should see how I could claim the refund. But that he would not send the product.

    As soon as I knew it was not working I let him know and I tried to cancel transaction bur EBAY would not let me. I called ebay and they said it was a glitch. But not my fault I was honest with him. His offer was auto accepted.
