The description said the condition was new without box which I assumed then is a new product. if it had said used, then I would’ve paid attention to everything else, but I it’s hairspray & the brand….What do I need to look at pictures for?I wouldn’t have been as shocked if the description had actually said half a bottle vs. assuming it’s a new product. Plus the fact she never even messaged me that there was even a problem about it? Just left an honest seller negative feedback. Basically wanted expensive item for free
