    I purchased an Original SharkNv351 Navigator vacuum pet hair w/ accessory tool (blue). There were some pieces of plastic and a spring inside. I removed them and it runs great. The vacuum has no scratches or dents looks brand new. The price was great. I love the color. I own a cleaning service and this is a great vacuum to work with.
