    The seller says the tablet has been tested and works fine, but the touch screen doesn't work, it's faulty, since it only works in a certain area, the rest is useless... I tried with a technician, but it didn't work... conclusion, the screen doesn't work... and the seller didn't give good information.

    Hi, I am so sorry, an email would have been great, I am not a tech person, i moved to a new place and this item seemed to work well. I made a Large mistake. A simple email would have let me know you needed some help!!! This was not trying to take advantange of you. I went outside of my ability to determine the ability for this item to work. I am very sorry!!! If you had sent me an email I could have fixed this with money. At this point, an apology is all I can do!!! Unless you want to change it
