Seller’s description and photos were 100% accurate. Factory sealed set of four cleats. These will be a back-up set for my “new” 2021 Tundra which came with no cleats. I suspect, they can “walk away” from unattended vehicles. Very handy, easy to install, and are sturdy to stabilize most loads within weight rating of the bed!
