    What i don't understand is why you shipped these dolls in a box that is way too small. Bending an already fragile doll and shipping it causes further damage. The boy dolls head was completely disconnected.

    I'm sorry that you thought the dolls were not well packaged. I used a considerable amount of bubble wrap and air pillows to support them. The dolls were only slightly bent to fit in the box with all that packing. As far as the boy dolls head, it wasn't actually broken as the internal elastic cord on that doll is weak with time and slips off the hook on the head, which I'm sure was an easy fix, as I has to do that many times myself. Otherwise, the dolls came in perfect condition. Again, sorry.
