Item arrived in good condition. It wasn't packaged as nicely as I would have expected or preferred, but was thankfully no worse for wear upon arrival. It took a while before tracking was provided. Upon requesting confirmation of shipment and a tracking number there was no reply, but tracking was added to the order. Unfortunately it turned out to be an incorrect number (1 digit missing). Nevertheless, the item arrived within the expected time frame and I'm happy with the condition and results.
