I attempted to purchase this item as I have the base and the top broke. Unfortunately, the seller decided AFTER my purchase that they "didn't want to sell" this item to me based on my address being in St Louis. I am not sure what that was about, but I am VERY disappointed. Not sure if they are a scam or what, but I wasn't allowed to purchase this item (they even went so far as to refund my purchase) based on my zip code? VERY displeased.

Not true. Buyer tried buying this item on 5/9 at which time I contacted Ebay to report the buyer and to cancel the sale. They then opened a new account a week later to circumvent being blocked, which is against Ebay policy. Purchase was CANCELED and refunded in full both times, on the advice of Ebay. Buyer reported to Ebay both times. I wish Ebay had better policies in place to prevent abusive buyers to keep circumventing the policies, but until then.....
