The cup was as expected, but there was a line across the coaster, which spoilt it. However, my main gripe was with the postage. I paid £10.98 for priority postage because this was a time-sensitive gift, but the item was delivered late, and within the estimated timeframe on the seller's site for free delivery. I complained to the seller and received no response so not impressed with the customer service.
