This item is faulty. There is an electrical short in the cable. Only works sporadically if the cable is twisted in just the right way. This was immediately apparent so either this was through negligence or indifference by this seller.
Either way an 8 year old boy just spent his own money to buy this, was so excited he sat at the window watching for the mail to come every day only to be crushingly disappointed when it did come and doesn’t work
