I am happy to see that you canceled the claim. I sent you Brand new boots that both read and look in photos and on my foot the same size. I am unsure what I could have done. Sold as is and offered a return. I wish you wouldn't have left neutral feedback as I left positive but that is your choice. I am glad the shoes now fit you and you can enjoy them.
