Of the two glass dispensers, one arrived cracked and flaking glass. The other was in perfect condition, but when I filled it, started leaking slowly all over the table. I ended up trashing them both.

Broken glass? More like broken communication. A quick "hey, this broke" message would've been a more grown-up approach than immediately leaving a review for something outside my control (UPS). Now I'm stuck with a negative feedback, and you're out 2 glass dispensers and $38.51. Looks like we both lose this round.
