A warehouse fire destroyed my item before it could be delivered. The seller was extremely apologetic and refunded full purchase price plus tax and shipping charges as soon they realized I had to lodge an “item not delivered form” with ebay before my refund could be charged back. This was not explained to either the seller or myself, nor was there any ebay phone number provided to resolve this matter through human intervention. Ebay could improve the process with human intervention.
