Sold as working. Item arrived in non-working condition. Inspection revealed that it was never tested or checked at all, let alone properly. Batteries were dead, cobwebs on the holders, so obviously not checked likely in decades. From the listing "I believe this piece functions flawlessly." Also from the listing "I don't know much about this equipment". Those 2 statements taken together say a LOT about this seller. Seller did, after grumbling, refund 100%.

Some people you just can’t satisfy. This person is dishonest and would not pay for return shipping after he agreed to the terms, that we agreed upon. Additionally, he sent me threatening messages on how he was holding back his temper and made me feel uncomfortable. This was the most horrific experience on EBAY I have ever experienced.. Lastly, to resolve and put this behind me, I refunded him immediately, and he never returned my product then gave me negative feedback.
