The seller did not tell me that the ssd screw was stripped

SSD screw was not stripped. Was a brand new screw only installed once. Buyer gave wrong shipment info and I reshipped it to him anyway even though eBay told me themselves I did not have to. Buyer then claimed the SSD was completely missing from the package and only after telling him to open an eBay case did he find the SSD.
