I need an apology from seller then I may change my rating. Seller was mad I had to return this item that came to me in a damaged box. Accused me of having buyers remorse and that i scratched up his miners with all i did was box them back up in a new box with extreme care with the USPS agent. But he did issue me a full refund.

Buyer claimed BOTH units did not power up (highly unlikely) and wanted refund. Claimed damage. This claim was untrue as they both worked when returned. Buyer then dumped units in a box with out protective packing as when I shipped them out. Returned items were scratched from metal on metal contact. One of the units was still attached to the PSU putting a strain on wiring. NO "EXTREME CARE". Very unprofessional of him. Buyer claimed he would give 5 star rating which was another untruth.
