Aqua 1st bubbled to life in Denmark in '89 when Claus and Soren met and began writing music. Soon after, the duo was joined by the remaining 2 members, Lene and Rene - and the rest is history. Aqua's outre appearance, colorful videos and contagious sense of fun provide a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. If the instant success of their 1st single "Barbie Girl" (until now available only on import) is any indication, America had best prepare to be hit by an Aqua tidal wave.

This is actually a COPY of From Russia With Love and is not a pressed copy. You can tell by the gaps of silence between each song so it does not play continuous like an actual pressed copy. Additionally it has RFD80M-79243 printed on the inside grove of the CD which indicates it’s a burnt CD-R. The sound quality is excellent but I wanted to REITTERATE that this is a home made copy of From Russia With Love not an actual rare promotional copy that was printed and pressed by the manufacturer.

Hello, I would like to address that the item description is a very detailed, and this was given out at a convention along with a lot of ones that I sell or I get secondhand. I apologize that I am not a certain expert and looked at the number in the lining of the CD or whatever I just know it had wonderful sound quality and it’s marked promotional and that’s what I put in my listing, I’m sorry if you felt misled I’m glad you’re enjoying the music though. I get many of these kinds and resell cheap

I wouldn’t call this an official record label released promo item, I do appreciate the seller selling it. Indie record stores in the 90s, had CDs that they called “imports” that were, um, a little less “official” and not particularly “imported” from a legitimate source. Let’s not call them bootlegs. Let’s call them unofficial releases.
This cd set is more of an unofficial release.
