Not sure why this buyer left neutral feedback when he purchased the clock that was listed as needing adjustment, He couldn't get it adjusted or he miss read the listing ???? I tried to help him and told him if he couldn't get it adjusted that I would accept the clock back ( I didn't have to take back) but I did and don't understand feedback ????
