We advertised the Square Enix Play Arts Kai Dark Knight Cat Woman and sent exactly that figure New to the buyer. We mistaken advertised it as 11 inches when it was only 8 inches. So we told the buyer to keep the figure as a gift and sent them a full refund. It was not the WRONG item per se, but wrongly described as 11" when it was not.
