The watch came as advertised, brand new, and very well wrapped with all the tags and instructions in place. My only critique is the amount of time it took to get from India to the United States, I understand that the politics in India have taken an effect on the delivery service, so I can only advise those who will purchase from BKSolution to first ask them if the Politics are resolved and if so I would recommend to purchase from them without hesitation!
