Item purchased was two parts in one box, no packing material inside around the items preventing damage. Package arrived with one item completely destroying the other during transit. Agreed on postage refund only to later discover not all fees are refundable. Unfortunately postage fee ($20) was significantly less than postage paid ($89) due to import fees and taxes to my country.Not fault of the seller, just unfortunate. Will specify internal packing material in future or return with full refund.
