The item arrived with a defective, after market plug that is not the original Sonos plug. Result? It will not even turn on when connected to power. Now I have to repackage it, drop it off for return, and wait for a refund. Not clear whether what I paid to have it shipped here will be fully refunded. Huge disappointment and inconvenience. What a rip off.
