Seller is rude, not willing to work with you. Item is used but seller sent item that had a blade bent beyond repair. It had burnt marks on it and when I used this blade it instantly snapped. This item clearly states on the manual the blade must be cleaned after being turned off while still hot the brush that comes with this kit is brand new this it clearly has never been used. I asked the seller to either send me a new blade or give me a partial refund so I can buy one. BEWARE!

The item arrived in good condition with its parts. If the item arrives damaged I can refund I cannot refund spare parts that the buyer damages due to misuse BUYER DOES NOT DEMAND REFUND OF PARTS THAT THE DAMAGE GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR AND REFUND IT IN FULL INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS
